Wallet, deposits & withdrawals
Deposits
Tradex uses USDC on the Base network for everything. The fastest way in if you don't already hold crypto: use "Add funds with card" on the Wallet page, which buys USDC and delivers it straight to your Tradex balance -- no separate wallet or exchange needed. Already have USDC? Generate a deposit address on the Wallet page and send it there from any wallet instead -- credited automatically once confirmed on-chain, usually within a few minutes. New to crypto entirely? See the separate "Getting USDC onto Tradex" guide for a from-scratch walkthrough either way.
Your balance breakdown
Your balance is split into what's actually withdrawable right now, and what's temporarily held: funds tied up in an open trade's escrow, funds still inside a post-delivery protection window ("pending clearance"), and (for a brand-new seller's very first sale) a first-sale hold. Every hold shows when it clears.
Withdrawals
Withdrawing requires identity verification (KYC) first. Larger withdrawals may also require a 2FA code and, above certain thresholds, sign-off from more than one admin before they broadcast -- this is a deliberate anti-fraud gate, not a delay bug.
