Seller levels & reviews

A seller's level (shown as a badge next to their handle) is computed automatically from their completed-order count and positive-review rate -- there's nothing to apply for. Reviews come from buyers on completed trades, within a limited window after completion.

A higher level unlocks a lower platform fee and higher account caps (more active listings, higher per-listing price ceilings). Everything recalculates automatically as new trades complete -- levels are never manually assigned.
