Identity verification (KYC)

Identity verification is required before withdrawing funds -- it's what keeps Tradex able to operate real on-chain payment rails at all. Verification runs through a third-party provider: your documents go directly to them, not through Tradex's own servers.

Start it from the Wallet or Account page. Most verifications complete in minutes; if yours needs manual review it can take longer. Your current status is always visible on the Account page, and you can resume an interrupted verification from where you left off.
